I've been working in the creation of software for over a dozen years with roles ranging from project manager to development manager to VP of product management.
I've worked for startups and pre-public companies since 1999. I'm drawn to small companies because of the impact every person can make there and the pace of change and learning. I love working with smart people who are passionate about what they do, and I've been very fortunate to be able to work with a lot of truly great folks.
On the personal side, I have a fantastic wife who puts up with the demands of life in startup companies and three awesome kids who help me remember what is truly important.
